I am having problems ordering online.
Please try one of these fixes:
- switch to a different browser preferably Firefox or Internet Explorer
- do not use Google Chrome browser
- make sure you have installed the latest version of your browser
- clear your cookies or cache
- make sure your credit card is working correctly

I am trying to order 1 – 1/4 yards and the shopping cart won’t take my order.
If you would like to order a fraction of a yard, over 1 yard, please round up your order to the next full number of yards and make a note in the comment section at checkout about how much yardage you would like to receive. A refund will be posted back to your credit card within 30 business days.
For example: If you would like to order 1 – 1/4 yards please round up your order to 2 yards and make a note in the comment section at checkout that you would like to receive 1 – 1/4 yards. We will ship you the amount you requested in the comment section, and a refund will be posted back to your credit card within 30 business days.
How soon will I get my refund?
We process refunds once a month, please allow up to 30 business days to receive a refund.
How will I know that you received my order?
You will get a confirmation e mail. There will be another e mail sent to you when your order ships.
What is the minimum yardage order?
We require a 1 yard minimum order and increments of a yard thereafter. If you would like to order 1 – 1/2 yards please round up your order to 2 yards and make a note in the comment section at checkout about how much yardage you would like to receive. A refund will be posted back to your credit card within 30 business days.

Do you offer designer discounts?
No. The only discount we offer is 10% off when you buy 20+ yards of any fabric combination. This discount will be refunded back to your account within 30 business days of your purchase.
Do you ship to Canada or outside the USA?
No. Sorry.
What method of shipping do you use?
Orders under 4 yards and ALL leather orders will ship in a box via USPS Priority Mail.
Orders over 4 yards will ship on a roll via FedEx Ground.
How soon will I get my fabric?
Fabric is shipped Wednesday through Saturday using USPS priority mail. You should expect your fabric to arrive 3 to 7 days from the day you placed your order.
How will my fabric be packaged?
Whenever possible and appropriate we use flat rate boxes to ship your fabric. For orders over 5 yards, fabric will always be shipped on a tube.
How soon will I get my swatch samples?
Swatch samples are cut and sent on Thursdays and Fridays ONLY. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your request to be processed. If you request more then 4 samples your request will be furthered delayed.
Can I get more then 4 swatches?
No. Due to the number of swatch requests we receive every day, we ask that you keep your swatch number down to four samples. This ensures us being able to fill alll sample requests on time. Once you get your swatches feel free to request 4 more swatches, there is no limit on how many times you can request swatches.
I need a bigger swatch.
The only way to get a bigger swatch is to order 1 yard of fabric. The swatches we send are free but they are small and meant for checking color, not looking at pattern.
Can you order more fabric than what you have listed?
No. We get new shipments in every day but we never know what will arrive.
How often do you get new fabric?
Every day.
Can you put a fabric on hold for me while I wait for my swatch to arrive?
No.
Are the die lots the same?
If they are not we try our best to point it out. We always inspect fabric carefully before we send out your order if there is a visible die lot difference or any fabric flaws we wil get in touch with you before sending your fabric. Please always include your correct phone number at checkout.
Does the fabric have any flaws?
Most fabric is free of flaws, if there are any minor flaws we mark them on the fabric. If the flaws are more visible we will call you to discuss them before shipping the fabric. We will offer refunds or discounts to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
I saw a fabric online last week, and now I can’t find it.
It sold.
When is your next sale?
Our fabric is already discounted, We don’t have any additional sales.
How often do you update your website with new fabrics?
Every day. The best way to keep up with our new arrivals is to sign up for our e-newsletter, or stop by the store weekly.
Is all of your fabric online or do you have more fabric at the Charlotte store?
Only 30 to 40 percent of our fabric is online, so if you are in Charlotte NC stop by our store to see more.
Do you do upholstery?
No, but we can recommend the right upholstery shop for your project.
