Ohhh, it took me a while to ID this one, but I found it! It's very unusual. I thought it was something Hella Jongerius designed, but it is not, however it is a very nice tribute. Embroidery you can see on cotton/linen background. Very tactile. It's a delicate construction so I would only suggest it for pillows or wall hangings.
