Solafina fabric
Solafina fabric company was a small boutique fabric manufacturer based in the foothills of North Carolina. Steve Bowman who was the founder retired right before Covid and Modern Fabrics was able to acquire the entire line of Solafina textiles.
Solafina specialized in weaving all-natural fabric made of wool, cotton, jute, and linen. All fabrics were exclusively woven in the USA, mostly by small, local North Carolina mills, therefore, lessening the environmental footprint.
What attracted us to the Solafina fabric line were fabrics with rich, chunky textures, a soft feel, and a natural look. The colors range from parchment white to stone gray and earth brown, all very soft and natural.
Solafina fabrics are chemical-free and the perfect choice for the eco-conscious buyer. This line inspired our Natural Collection. Once these fabrics are sold they will never be woven again, so get them while they are in stock.
