  • I am having problems ordering online.

  • I am trying to order 1 – 1/4 yards and the shopping cart won’t take my order.

    If you would like to order a fraction of a yard, over 1 yard, please round up your order to the next full number of yards and make a note in the comment section at checkout about how much yardage you would like to receive. A refund will be posted back to your credit card within 15 business days.

    For example: If you would like to order 1 – 1/4 yards please round up your order to 2 yards and make a note in the comment section at checkout that you would like to receive 1 – 1/4 yards. We will ship you the amount you requested in the comment section, and a refund will be posted back to your credit card within 15 business days.

     

  • How soon will I get my refund?

    We process refunds twice a month, please allow up to 15 business days to receive a refund.

     

  • How will I know that you received my order?

    You will get a confirmation e mail. 

     

  • What is the minimum yardage order?

    We require a 1 yard minimum order and increments of a yard thereafter. If you would like to order 1 – 1/2 yards please round up your order to 2 yards and make a note in the comment section at checkout about how much yardage you would like to receive. A refund will be posted back to your credit card within 15 business days.

     

  • What is your return policy?

    No, we treat all our customers equally. We discount our fabrics as much as possible and offer $9.99 shipping to EVERYONE.

     

  • Do you ship to Canada or outside the USA?

    YES, We now ship to Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zeland. Read directions below:

    Orders placed for shipment outside of USA MUST be placed over e mail or telephone. Best way to proceed is to e mail us your order with the shipping address, we will reply to you within 24 hours with a complete order and shipping quote. You can then call us at your conveniance with payment information. Shipping rate will be based on the weigh of fabric and ship to location. You will be responsible for any taxes and duties charged on the border. 

    You can also use a forwarding service of your choice, we will ship anywhere within the USA for $9.99 flat rate.

     

  • What method of shipping do you use?

    USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. If you need your package expedited or shipped via FedEx please call us first: 704 740 9676.

     

  • How soon will I get my fabric?

    Fabric is shipped Monday through Friday using USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. You should expect your fabric to arrive 3 to 10 days from the day you placed your order. If you are on the west coast of the USA your order will take at least 7 days to arrive. You can call us to make arrangements for expedited shipping.

     

  • How will my fabric be packaged?

    Whenever possible and appropriate we use flat rate boxes to ship your fabric.

    Most fabric orders under 4 yards will ship in a box, but we use our best judgement and if a fabric is not suitable for folding we will ship it on a roll.

    For orders over 4 yards, fabric will almost always be shipped on a roll.

    Most leather will ship in a box.

    If you have a special request don't hasitate to call.

     

  • How soon will I get my swatch samples?

    Swatch samples are cut and sent on Wednesday to Fridays. Please allow 1 week for your swatches to arrive. If you request more then 6 samples your request might be delayed.

     

  • Can I get more then 4 swatches?

    Due to the number of swatch requests we receive every day, we ask that you keep your swatch number down to four samples. This ensures us being able to fill all sample requests on time. Once you get your swatches feel free to request 4 more swatches, there is no limit on how many times you can request swatches.

  • I need a bigger swatch.

    The only way to get a bigger swatch is to order 1 yard of fabric. The swatches we send are free but they are small and meant for checking color, not looking at pattern. However if you ask nicely we will do our best to send you a bigger sample as long as we are able.

     

  • Can you order more fabric than what you have listed?

    No. We get new shipments in every day but we never know what will arrive.

     

  • How often do you get new fabric?

    Every day.

     

  • Can you put a fabric on hold for me while I wait for my swatch to arrive?

    No. Sorry.

     

  • Are the die lots the same?

    If they are not we try our best to point it out. We always inspect fabric carefully before we send out your order, if there is a visible die lot difference or any fabric flaws we will get in touch with you before sending your fabric. Please always include your correct phone number at checkout.

     

  • Does the fabric have any flaws?

    Our goal is to ONLY send out perfect looking fabric. We inspect all rolls before they are listed online and again before we ship them out to you. If we find any minor flaws we mark them on the fabric and we will call you to discuss them before shipping the fabric. We will offer refunds or discounts or any flaws to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

     

     

  • I saw a fabric online last week, and now I can’t find it.

    It sold.

     

  • When is your next sale?

    Our fabric is already discounted, so we hardly ever have any additional sales. But sign up for our weekly newsletter to receive special offers. Subscribe.

     

  • How often do you update your website with new fabrics?

    Every day. The best way to keep up with our new arrivals is to sign up for our e-newsletter, or stop by the store weekly.

     

  • Is all of your fabric online or do you have more fabric at the Charlotte store?

    Only 30 to 40 percent of our fabric is online, so if you are in Charlotte NC stop by our store to see more.

     

  • Do you do upholstery?

    No, but we can recommend the right upholstery shop for your project. (Charlotte area only)
